Halleh Seyson

Vice President and Director, Enterprise Systems and Data Analysis

Halleh Seyson joined CNA in 2021, bringing over 25 years of experience driving change in professional services companies. She is vice president of the Enterprise Systems and Data Analysis Division, providing executive oversight to the Center for Data Management Analytics and the Center for Enterprise Systems Modernization. She spearheads initiatives to modernize complex systems and integrate advanced data analytics, informing high-stakes decision-making within the government sector. Seyson’s strategic focus is on harnessing emerging technologies and transforming enterprise solutions to align with evolving organizational needs, improving efficiency, operational effectiveness, and mission outcomes for CNA's clients.

Passionate about cultivating a culture of innovation and cross-disciplinary collaboration at CNA, Seyson leads the CNA Innovation Incubator (CNAi2). Under her leadership, the CNA Innovation Incubator capitalizes on decades of CNA’s investment in research projects, bringing together diverse perspectives and cutting-edge thinking on emerging issues in government. While these self-funded projects advance CNA’s research and innovation capabilities, they also foster government stakeholder engagement and create breakthroughs that matter to the future of the public sector.

Among the positions Seyson held prior to joining CNA are chief operating officer and executive vice president at CATHEXIS, a management and technology consulting company; group vice president at Social & Scientific Systems, Inc.; and vice president of Health IT at GDIT. Her extensive executive career brings balanced leadership experience in small, medium, and large companies, leading delivery of enterprise solutions nationwide and globally and scaling complex, mission-critical programs. She has driven innovation in defense, health, finance, education, and other sectors.

Seyson holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science and a Master of Science in information systems. She has earned several technical certifications, including Certified Master Scrum, ITIL Foundation, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
