Lindsey Clancey

Research Scientist

Lindsey Clancey is an expert in crime, justice and victimology.

Prior to joining CNA, Clancey was an associate teaching professor with the University of Missouri - Kansas City, where she served as the assistant undergraduate director for the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology and as affiliated faculty with the Department of Race, Ethnicity and Gender Studies. As a professor, she routinely developed and taught courses related to the principles and practices of criminal courts, victimology, criminology, juvenile justice, and bias and hate crimes. She was named a Norman Royall Distinguished Professor and a University of Missouri Faculty Research and Teaching Scholar.

Clancey has a Master of Science in criminal justice and criminology from the University of Missouri - Kansas City, a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of Missouri - Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
