Noemi Eckhoff
Noemi Eckhoff is an expert in intelligence analysis, as well as strategic, tactical, and administrative crime analysis. Her primary focus at CNA is providing support as an embedded crime analyst in the Crime Analyst in Residence Program, a nationwide initiative funded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance in the Department of Justice.
Before joining CNA, Eckhoff served as the first full-time crime analyst for the city of Rockwall, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. She worked to establish a crime analysis unit to help meet the future needs of the rapidly growing city. She also assisted with intelligence gathering and threat monitoring as a fusion liaison officer to the regional North Texas Fusion Center. In recognition of her efforts, Eckhoff received the New Analyst of the Year Award from the Texas Law Enforcement Analyst Network. She also served as the first chair of the Emerging Professionals Group, a global initiative by the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts, supporting up-and-coming intelligence professionals from all over the world.
Eckhoff holds a Master of Science in forensic science from the University of Florida. She also has a certificate in crime and intelligence analysis from California State University, Sacramento.
