Nolan Noble, PH.D.

Nolan Noble is an expert in carrier strike group operations and information warfare. He is also a specialist in wargaming and is the designer of the Carrier Hunt and EAB Hunt wargames.

Noble was most recently assigned as the field representative to the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC). Prior to that, he had been the field representative to Carrier Strike Group One, spending more than a year at sea aboard USS Carl Vinson. That position earned him two CNA Deployer Awards for exemplary service.

Prior to joining CNA, Noble was a researcher at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Notre Dame.
