Biographies

Guy Bosch is the current Warden of the Correctional Facility in Stillwater, MN. He began his DOC career as a Corrections Officer in 1989. In the 31 years since he has served in multiple roles including Case Manager, Acting Lieutenant, Acting Corrections Program Director, Corrections Program Administration Manager Principal, Associate Warden of Administration, and Associate Warden of Operations.

James "Chip" Coldren is a justice research expert with over 35 years of research experience in justice system effectiveness, police evaluation, crime prevention, corrections, juvenile justice and restorative justice.

Yee San Su is an expert in analysis and assessments, particularly in the field of homeland security.
