Biographies

Cameron Carlson is an associate Dean at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, he recently served as the University’s Center for Arctic Security and Resilience.

Elizabeth Wishnick is a Professor of Political Science at Montclair State University, a Senior Research Scholar at the Weatherhead East Asian Institute, Columbia University, and a Senior Research Scientist in CNA’s China and Indo-Pacific Security Affairs Division.
