      category.
  2. Comparison group for gains includes 21-39 year-old college graduates in the noninstitutional civilian population, October 2013-September 2014 average.

  4. The Army does not report data on the number of active duty officers or active duty officer gains in the "Two or more" category. Caution should be used in comparing 
      the racial composition of the Army's officer corps or officer gains with those of the other Services.
