      with adult education diplomas, one semester of college, and in recent years, some home-schooled and virtual/distance learning graduates.
  2. The end of the fiscal year was moved from June 30 to September 30 during calendar year 1977. As a result, the data for FY77 reflect 
      accession counts for five quarters.
