Sarah Fusco
Sarah Fusco is a specialist in international and non-traditional security threats. She has experience on projects related to climate change and national security, wargaming, and the impacts of COVID-19 on violent extremism. Recently, she was assigned to serve as a Global Resilience Policy Advisor in the new Office of Arctic and Global Resilience within the office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.
Fusco earned a Master of International Affairs from Pennsylvania State University, where she worked closely with retired Rear Admiral David W. Titley, former Oceanographer and Navigator of the Navy, on research related to climate and national security. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in international politics, also from Penn State. She has conducted academic field work in Kenya and Panama.
