Anchal Gupta

Anchal Gupta has more than 20 years of people operations management experience, including strategic planning, change management, diversity programs, learning and development, compliance, risk management, and employee branding.

At CNA, she has built and expanded people and process capabilities and created a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Among her many accomplishments, she has standardized process consistency in the application of policies and procedures and created a learning and development program that has increased and enhanced engagement and retention. She streamlined talent acquisition processes, including improving workflow; increasing productivity; incorporating best practices in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; and assimilating talent management procedures. She has also developed strategic plans and policies and handled succession planning and talent management initiatives. As director of people operations, she has identified challenges and designed and implemented required changes to improve workflow, efficiency, and communication within the team.

Gupta holds a Master of Business Administration degree in human resources and marketing.
