Jeffery Peterson

Jeff Peterson is an expert in military manpower issues, having served extensively in U.S. Marine Corps leadership positions in recruiting, recruit training and manpower/personnel analysis during his 30 years of active duty.
While at CNA, Peterson has worked on recruiting and manpower/personnel issues with an additional focus on destructive behavior analyses. As a research program director, he directed one of CNA's U.S. Navy manpower programs before being promoted to vice president of the Resources and Force Readiness Division in 2020. Four years later, he was appointed executive vice president of the Center for Naval Analyses.
Peterson holds a Master of Science in manpower analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Master of Arts in strategic studies from the Army War College, and a Bachelor of Science in business and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
