Race/Ethnicity and Gender

Compared to the overall DoD, USCG Reserve enlisted accessions were more likely to be White, as shown in Table 7.10. In FY 2000, 74 percent of USCG Reserve NPS enlisted accessions were male and 26 percent were female (Appendix E, Table E-25), comparable to the overall DoD Reserve Component (75 percent male and 25 percent female).
