Characteristics of USCG Reserve Enlisted Accessions
Race and Gender. Compared to the overall DoD, USCG Reserve enlisted accessions were more likely to be White, as shown in Table
8.10. In FY 1998, 85 percent of USCG Reserve NPS enlisted accessions were male and 15 percent were female (Appendix E, Table E-6
).
